Your space is yours. Your data stays walled off from every other business on nomadall, our team can't get into your account without your go-ahead, and the rules that protect it are enforced where they can't be clicked around. Here's exactly how.
Your space is yours
No other business on nomadall can read or change your data, ever. Every account is sealed off from the rest, and we enforce that on our servers, where it can't be worked around by editing a link or a request.
Permissions our servers enforce
What each person on your team can see and do is set by their role. Those checks run on our servers, not just in what the screen shows. Hiding a button isn't the protection. The server having the final say is.
Encrypted coming and going
Everything travels over HTTPS. Your data is encrypted at rest by our cloud provider, so it's protected on disk too.
Sensitive details, handled carefully
Tax IDs and bank details from onboarding are encrypted and kept separate from the rest of your data. In review screens we show only the last four digits, never the full number.
Payments go straight to Stripe
Card numbers are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store a full card number.
A record of sensitive actions
We keep an audit trail of sensitive actions in your account, so there's a clear record of what happened and when.
We don't get in without your go-ahead
Our team can't open your account to help until someone on your side lets us in. When we do, it's logged.
Regular backups
We back up your data regularly so it can be restored if something goes wrong.
